I’m currently using a 3060 12 GB and tried the RTX A2000 before that.

I am an artist working with 3D, video and audio editing, who also likes to play a game occasionally.

In my experience there is no big difference in image generation, both seem to have an acceptable performance.

My 3060 takes about 5-7 seconds for a single image 512x512 with 40 steps and CFG 7.

The A2000 performed quite similar, maybe slightly slower but not significantly.

I would say they are an equal match and it depends completely on your usecase scenario which one to prefer. If you are a gamer getting into AI stuff the 3060 is for you (nice performance for a good price, but also power consuming). If you are more interested in working with it rather than gaming than the A2000 might be the choice (the power efficiency is unchallanged - there is no other card that can do with 70 W what this beauty can).
